Remy is an Arizona native with over 20 years of experience in homebuilding, residential improvement, and hands-on renovation work. As the owner of Simply Home Renovations, he works with homeowners who want their projects thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and responsibly carried through from start to finish.
Since founding the business in 2012 as Simply Home Repairs, Remy’s work has naturally evolved toward complete, project-based renovations rather than single-task repair requests. His current focus includes custom carpentry, bathroom remodels, kitchen improvements, built-ins, and interior upgrades that bring a more refined and finished feel to the home.
Remy brings a calm, down-to-earth approach to each project, helping guide decisions, coordinate details, and make sure the work comes together cleanly. Rooted in family and a love of the outdoors, he is committed to helping homeowners throughout the Verde Valley create spaces that function well, feel good to live in, and reflect the care put into them.
Devin
Devin is originally from upstate New York and has been part of life and work in the Verde Valley since 2014. As an integral part of Simply Home Renovations, she supports each project through organization, coordination, and an attentive eye for detail.
Devin helps keep communication clear, materials and timelines aligned, and the overall process moving smoothly. Her presence brings steadiness, care, and follow-through to the work, helping homeowners feel supported, informed, and confident from start to finish.
